This inspection is designed to detect & advise on any past or current Termite & Borer activity, within the building and within the property boundaries to 30m of the main building.

Whilst preventative measures may be advised in the report we do not carry out treatments should we advise. This makes our report unbiased in nature and helps avoid unnecessary expense.

Note:  Inspections are conditional upon the availability of safe & satisfactory access.
