All Guardian pre purchase inspections are to Australian Standards and include THERMAL IMAGING & MOISTURE TESTING and are carried out by Marc himself, (the licensed principal), who takes pride on supporting his clients throughout the inspection process. YOUR BUILDING INSPECTOR
Marc achieved his Diploma in building after 5 years training in the UK graduating in the very early 1980’s. He worked for a number of years on defense building contracts in the UK prior to emigrating to Perth.
Here he acquired his builders registration in1988 and started his own building business constructing individual homes, 2 storey units and a small shopping centre. He also assisted in the establishment of 2 large project building companies in Perth.
Marc has been a fully licensed registered builder in Perth for over 34 years and is still a REGISTERED BUILDING PRACTITIONER and also a REGISTERED BUILDING CONTRACTOR with the WA building commission; registration licence; 7791.
Marc established Guardian in 2004 when he also acquired his qualifications in the Termite / Timber pest industry. As a member of the Master Inspectors Association of Australia and founding member of INSPECT WA… the Industry Association of Building & Property inspectors … member no CF 1911, he is committed to the ongoing improvement & development of inspection standards and the service quality for all Guardian clients. To this end, Marc chooses to personally carry out all Guardian building inspections himself and offers a direct, personal ‘ONE ON ONE’ consultation service.
With over 40 years in the building industry in both design & construction behind him, his clients can be confident they are engaging with an experienced and knowledgeable inspector who will clearly and fairly represent their best interests at all times.
